I boughtthe same print at the NY Museum of Art and it was lost during a recent move. Your print did not have the saturated colors of the original or the NY print.

Comments:
This was a gift for a cousin who has admired my copy of the print for a long time, so I decided to surprise him with his own copy. He was thrilled and I was equally happy that AllPosters carries the print.
This giclée print offers beautiful color accuracy. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions. The high-quality paper (235 gsm) is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface.

About the Artist
Scandal equaled success for French painter Paul Chabas (1869 – 1937). Born in Nantes, Chabas studied at the Académie des Beaux Arts with several well-respected instructors, and specialized in painting female nudes in natural surroundings. His most famous nude, “September Morn,” infuriated the Society for the Suppression of Vice, making the piece phenomenally popular. Chabas went on to win numerous awards, and belonged to several esteemed artistic organizations.
